I will preface this with saying that I usually do not leave reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience because I did not enjoy my stay here. The location of the property was good. The quality of the hotel was poor. The room smelled very unpleasant when I entered, like stinky feet. One of the industrial fluorescent lights flickered on and off whenever I turned the lights on. The only soap in the bathroom was cheap dish soap, the same consistency as water, so I had to buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash separately. In fact, the only items in the room were a bed, sheet, thin blanket, and a desk with a lamp. I realize Russian showers are unique, but this one was either scalding hot or freezing cold. I was told I would have access to the kitchen, but it was completely unclean, especially the refrigerator. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all. I would consider my stay a waste of money.

За сутки до заселения забронировал номер с индивидуальной ванной комнатой по спец. цене, но прийдя в полночь для заселения, выяснилось, что бронирования на меня нет, а все номера с индивидуальной ванной уже заняты. В качестве альтернативного варианта администратор предложила номер без ванной, куда я с женой и нехотя заселился (его забронировать можно было на 500 р. дешевле). Всё оказалось не так уж плохо: комната была читая, общий туалет тоже чистый. Зная, что с утра на кухне самообслуживание, а из еды только каша сомнительного вида, заранее покупали салатики в продуктовом в паре минут ходьбы от отеля. В связи с тем, что пришлось ходить в туалет общий, купили тапочки у администратора. Не рекомендую так делать, потому что тапки наверное под 45-й размер и было неудобно ими пользоваться, а женщине вовсе не возможно. В комнате было тепло ночью, но душновато и регулировка ручки окна - та ещё задачка, микропроветривание так и не получилось установить. Также порадовало наличие маленького холодильничка в комнате Очень нужная вещь. По возврату средств в разнице с забронированным номером пришлось общаться с поддержкой hotels.com, возврат достаточно быстро одобрили. Фото делал перед выездом на всякий случай.
