It's been a very cold winter in the Yarra Valley with sub-zero temperatures on several occasions. The fireplace is beautiful to sit in front of but we do recommend that our guests also use the reverse cycle air conditioner to keep the entire cottage warm; and use the electric blankets to ensure a warm bed when it's time to sleep. We're delighted that you enjoyed watching our beautiful wildlife and hope to welcome you back again soon.

Dear Joshua, Please accept our sincere apologies that your bedding configuration was set up incorrectly for your arrival - our team would have been very happy to rectify this for you had we known. Thank you for your constructive feedback regarding our rubbish collection protocols. Our housekeeping team do check each of the cottages' external rubbish bins regularly - also ensuring the lids are secured to prevent any of our wildlife accessing any rubbish that is disposed of inbetween. We will follow up with our team regarding these protocols - the protection of our beautiful wildlife is one of our highest priorities.
