Property needs repairs (door handles falling off, hole in door patched over with masking tape, broken towel rail, dirty marks on walls, gouges out of plaster on walls, carpet wrinkled/loose. Had a “surprise” $100 fee to my card directly from ABC accomodation - rang and questioned them - pointed out the extra “cleaning fee” was not mentioned at booking, on my reservation, on my invoice, at checkin or after checkout.
