GREAT customer service!!! I made a reservation to stay at the Anchor Inn, and unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute because my work cohort got Covid. The staff at the Inn were extremely understanding and went out of their way to make sure that I wasn't charged for the room. I can't wait to rebook with them!

One of the best stays I've had at a hotel ( and I I've travelled a lot) . Sandi was so kind and inviting when checking us in. She made us feel like it was a home away from home. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The library was a perfect spot to sit by the fireplace and enjoy some quiet time in the evening. I'm hoping to make it a yearly getaway as it was just wonderful.

The accommodations were quaint overlooking a beautiful harbor. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great getaway for my husband's birthday. Would highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Loved the dog friendly room and easy outdoor access. Shared hot cocoa room is nice. Breakfast was bland - all prepackaged foods, no fruit, yogurt or cereal.

Highly Recommend
Charming Inn on the water. The manager gave us a tour and told us the hotel’s history. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Spent an hour at the fire pit chatting with other guests. This is right next to the ferry to Nantucket

Lovely property with a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Walking distance to dining and shopping and the ferries.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Anchor In. The hotel is a little dated, but it was very clean. A little frustrated with check in, as they had asked us ahead of time when we would arrive, and when we arrived our room wasn't ready. Other than that, there were no issues.

We had booked a room with a partial sea view several months ago. The only view we had was of the pool. When I questioned this I was told that it was Expedia’s fault. Our room was comfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The caulking at the bottom of the tub was unsightly. Sandy at the Reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The same couldn’t be said about the other staff at the reception desk.
