"GREAT customer service!!! I made a reservation to stay at the Anchor Inn, and unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute because my work cohort got Covid. The staff at the Inn were extremely understanding and went out of their way to make sure that I wasn't charged for the room. I can't wait to rebook with them!"
