"Friendly staff. Nice perks including morning coffee/tea in lobby, cookies and flavored water in evening. The individual bar of Dove soap in the guest bathroom was a nice touch. Fitness Center: Adequate fitness room with 2 treadmills, 1 elipical machine, and 1 stationary cycle, along with free-weights. 24/7 access was helpful. But the room was hard to find, and a staff member helped me find it; Additional markings would have been useful to show where it is. Guest Room: The guest room looked like it had seen better days. The carpet was worn and the floor beneath seemed uneven. The bathroom sink was small for a room meant for 4 people. Also, there was only one chair in the guest room. "

"We were not happy with our stay this time. I booked a king with pull out sleeper and the pull out sleeper mattress was so thin and all you could feel were the coils so we asked to be changed to a double queen room. The room was very nice and clean. Then the refrigerator/freezer made a loud buzzing noice so we ended up unplugging it both nights. The last morning we had no hot water. My husband took a cold shower and there was no way I was going to shower. We were on a tight timeline for the morning. I called maintenance and they came right away. They reset the boiler and gave me another room to take a shower. That shower was also cold so I went back to my room. They said they has to reset the boiler and I didn't have time to shower. My husband and daughter were able to get breakfast while I was waiting the lack of hot water. This is not acceptable. I am very disappointed. I messaged the hotel on 3/31 and never heard back"

"the AC wasn’t working in our room - we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least "
