The room was super cozy and quiet. The staff super friendly! I will def book to stay there again ob my next visit to Oaxaca.

Rooms are clean but all linens are old. The tiled hallways make them very noisy when people walk with luggage or staff are cleaning the rooms. We stay Tue-Sat, out of those days only two days we had hot water, We could not use the complimentary shuttle, always unavailable even when we saw it just parked outside. The pool is quite small, more like a jacuzzi. Not worth what we paid!

Great location with restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Beautifully designed rooms look just like the photos. A/C unit is the TV area only. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cool during our stay. Staff is extremely responsive. We had an incident where the family in the upstairs unit parked 2 large vehicles in the courtyard. This disappointed us since our space was specifically marketed as "outdoor space, pingpong table". It became such a tight squeeze we could barely make it through the door. We didn't so much care about the ping pong table. Our half of the house doesn't have a dining room, so the picnic table outside was the only comfortable seating to eat breakfast. Eventually, the other resident moved one car onto the street. We were satisfied with this compromise. I suggest getting rid of the ping pong table, which is not in the best shape. It takes up space and can't be used anyway since the upstairs resident is allowed to park their rental in the courtyard.
