You cant check in earlier than the time is says so the kiosk will say they cant find your reservation. Dont worry just go around the desk area and a very nice staff member will help you keep your luggage till its time for check in. So many places to go shop/eat from hotel . They offer airport transfer but id only recommend if youre a group to share the cost as its a bit pricey compared to taking the airport limousine bus.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made.
The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Easy check in (we arrived at past 10pm) and check out. Staff at restaurant were courteous and helpful, and mindful of cleanliness of the restaurant, amenities is basic and minimal. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. You can see molds and even around the tap rim. The housekeeping in this area is quite poor. But beds and linen are crisp and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. The hotel generally needs a good skilled repair and maintenance. The location is quite good if you are after a local Korean sites, not touristy.

Clean room. Staff is nice. Close to everything and the subway line 2 and 3. However, for an expensive hotel, i would have loved to have real coffee in the room and not those teabags. The coffee in the room was not good. The carpet needs to be replaced.
