It served the purpose
The room was clean and functional, but wasn’t ready for two guests. Only one towel no hand towel, fridge was off and AC off! phone to house keeping and reception permanently engaged so had to replace abiya and go down myself. New towels were thin and Raghu! Didn’t try breakfast thought it was expensive for hotel type!

Had only a short overnight stay, but will have no problem using Ibis again. Cheap and personnel friendly and helpful, roomservice were good and the food they brought was also ok. All in all above average for this class of hotel.

Yanbu's popular business visit hotel
Hotel is located within walking distance of most town facilities and shops. West facing rooms have clear view of Yanbu Harbor and room corridor is well-lit. The reception staff are generally friendly and helpful with little check-in/check-out issues. Daily papers are available by the restaurant or reception. Shoe polishers are also available near the lifts. For those not keen on exercising in the searing outdoor heat, Ibiz Yanbu provides a friendly cool gym for your healthy daily work-outs

Since this is a budget hotel, nothing much to be expected. If you had stayed at any other Ibis property, this is pretty much the same. No surprises/disappointments. I was looking for a universal plug for my computer which they did not provide till check out!

A brand new 3 star hotel
I did not have much expectations. All I wanted was a cheap and clean hotel and I got that. Although I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again, I get the impression however that the hotel will not be maintained with time and it will start feeling old soon enough.
