Imagine being able to step from the breakfast table to an excellent fishing spot in just seconds, with no time wasted loading the car and searching for a piece of riverbank. The communal pontoon allows you to launch and moor your boat for the duration of your holiday - no messing about daily with boat ramps and trailers. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single garage this holiday home is perfect for a family getaway, but so neatly arranged that if it is just the two of you on holiday you won't feel lost in your holiday home. Relax in the spacious living area overlooking the waterways or on the back patio and enjoy the spectacular Clarence River views and stunning sunsets that are often photographed in the area. Pelicans are regular visitors, enjoying the scraps thrown to them by the fishermen. The patio at the rear of your unit provides you with lovely views of the Clarence River wending its way to the ocean as you enjoy a barbeque as the sun sets over the horizon.
