The unit location and outside presentation is great. The inside needs a lot of maintenance and repair. A major spring clean inside and on the patios.beds are hard and the ceiling fans control switch need to be looked at. Taps in bathroom need attention and a hand rail up the stairs should be mandatory

We had a great time in this freshly painted tidy unit close to the beach and great spot to sit and watch the kids in the pool. Comfy furniture. Would love to book again thanks First National Yamba.

Good value for money considering June is the low season. Pool, spa and general exterior appearance of complex really good. Our unit had flaky paint off ceiling, ordinary acoustics and not very effective insulation.
