Near convention stuff and fast food restaurants. Got in late, didn't see much of neighborhood. Quiet area. Desk manager friendly and quick. Room identical to other Red Lions we've been to, identical, which is ok. Quiet room.

Just was the only one there no other check ins super overpriced and dirty my room smelled like cigarette smoke, and it got into my clothes and luggage and I took it home with me. I will never stay at that one ever again be aware.

Clearly a premium property in the 80s. Nice property, quiet rooms. Stained bed linens, toilets and showers moldy,movie theater carpets cleaner, furniture in dis repair. NO MAID service. Advertises restaurant and lounge, yes they have the facilities. However they only open them when the occupancy rate is high enough they can afford WA state wages to operate. Property is nice though. Stay down the block at the Holiday Inn, at least there you know what your getting for half the price.

We enjoyed our stay. Just a few notes...this property is dated and needs some updates. My room had a usb port but my friends did not. Lightbulbs were out in bathroom, hallway light in and out and refrigerator was noisy. The staff was very nice and helpful though.

Towels were previously used and unwashed. When I asked for more, they said they were out. Toilet seat was broke. The room smelled like 30-year-old cigarette smoke. Breakfast was great though!

Good hear our neighbor upstairs stomping in a dog barking for hours during the night. Our daughters basketball team stayed there and they found bedbugs in their room.

I think they are a bit behind on maintenance. Mold on the ceiling above the tub. Bathrooms on the first floor out of service. They charged $10 per person for a buffet breakfast with less offered than at a buffet breakfast for free at most hotels. Perhaps a two star rating for the rooms in the hotel would be best. Conference facilities, however, were great and the woman at the front desk was helpful.

Cold rooms!
We could not get the heater to work in our room. At 11:30pm we were move to another room. The heater there worked for a few hours and started blowing cold air. Not a happy night for us. They need to check those rooms before they put people in them!!!

Horrible.
Horrible place. Horrible customer service. Hotel Rooms listed online are not the actual room. I booked what was supposed to Be a two room one king room. Paid extra. They gave me the same as the other two one king bed one room but charged me for more. Would not discuss it with me. Would not refund the extra I paid for a supposed suite . I had to stay as we were there for a presentation. Rooms were not clean. Human hair in bathroom. Hair dryer turned red and smoked. Towels are thread bare and smelled of cigarette smoke. Watch out with your keys as they don’t always work. And takes numerous tries to open a door. Oh and my key opened not just mine but my daughter In Laws room. Not safe. The area surrounding is very sketchy. I would not stay here again if you paid me.

The check in process was very easy. The property grounds were very well taken care of and kept quite well. The rooms are q bit worn out and we had an active birds nest on the balcony of our room which was a bit noisy during the early morning hours. Our room was towards the back of the property but due to security concerns, we parked near the front office and walked back to the room. We did not opt for the continental breakfast which looked quite limited. We originally booked through a team block but found Expedia to be a significant savings for the same room.

While the front lobby presented a good look, the rest of the property, while not run down, showed signs of wear and tear. The mixing valve in the shower was worn out and difficult to adjust to a reasonable temperature. Interior and exterior door closures were not really secure, requiring a positive pull/push to properly close them. The television was anything but intuitive, as well as the router connection.

Dirty room.
I have attached a pic from the plug In strip that was sitting on the dresser. The desk is about to fall over. Mold in the shower. Bathroom had not been swept there’s spiderwebs behind the toilet, and under the bathroom counter. We could not get the tv to turn on. The whole room was gross. Long black hairs on sheets. We have 3 other couples and said their rooms were gross also.

LOUD thru adjoining room door!!
TV from a late arrival next door @ 1:30am was horrible. The issue was the adjoining room door. We called security which only helped a little until 3 am. The next a.m. we could hear every word from our neighbors phone call with a normal voice. Zero privacy. The front desk blocked out that room for the next night so that we could sleep without interruption. Other than that the place was clean. Caution, the shower had scalding hot water bursts, leaving my husbands back bright red!

The staff is the problem. The manager is obviously a fast food manager who fsiled there and is trying her hand at hotels. Red lion is so old and tired and it shows in thier staff and ownership.

Pretty good but kinda tired
Clean and comfortable but many amenities (no restaurant or breakfast available only a bar but I didn't see anyone in there either - no ice machine) are no longer in place and the furnishings are a bit tired - faded and worn. The staff was courteous and helpful. When I asked for ice, they took my bucket and filled it from the bar. I had a garden room which was lovely with it's own patio and a nice outdoor spot to sit in the evening. For the price, I'd stay again.
