LOCATION
Omae Papagayo is a spacious house located in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca, near the Papagayo Beaches and next to the Los Ajaches Natural Park, which can be seen from any of the rooms of the house.
THE ENVIRONMENT
The house is located in a complex in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca. It is a very nice and quiet residential area. In the vicinity you can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, playground, bicycle rental, etc ...
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
The house is on a plot of 250 square meters and has a constructed area of about 130 square meters divided into two floors and terraces, and the rest of gardens.
THE POOL
At 15 meters from the house there is a solarium and swimming pool area. It is a space of about 350 square meters that houses the main L-shaped pool of about 75 square meters, children's pool and solarium.
THE PARKING
Although the house is located in a residential area, where parking is not usually a problem, there is a private parking space in the garage, inside the complex where the house is located.
DISTRIBUTION
In the interior on the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, a bathroom and the laundry room.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a terrace, the second bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside there are landscaped areas and terraces both covered and uncovered with table, chairs and hammocks.
The enclosures of the house are made of aluminum with double doors and windows, so that total privacy is enjoyed in the common areas and bedrooms, which can be completely dark.
FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
The furniture is modern and functional mixing different materials. The interior doors, as well as the beds and bedside tables of the bedrooms, are made of hardwoods in their entirety and with a unique design adapted to the house.
In the living room there is a large leather sofa with chaise longue.
The kitchen is fully equipped both in terms of appliances (refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker with extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, orange juice and water heater) as well as the necessary tools and utensils .
INTERNET AND TV CONNECTION
Throughout the house and outdoors there is Wi-Fi coverage of Internet connection through fiber optics with a symmetrical bandwidth of 300 Mbits.
In the master bedroom and living room there are 43 "flat screen TVs with connection to digital terrestrial and satellite television.
