Villa Esmerad is an attractive, contemporary 4 bedroom property with great views of the famous Montana Roja. The spacious, sunny terrace with a private pool is the perfect spot to relax or try your hand at mini golf. The interiors are finished to a high standard throughout, with stylish furnishings and modern facilities. The beautiful sandy Playa Flamingo Beach can be reached within a 20 minute walk, while the centre of Playa Blanca is just 5 minutes’ drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.  
  
Villa Esmerad is well located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca. There are a handful of restaurants and bars within a short walk of your villa, with the lovely sandy Playa Flamingo Beach 20 minutes’ walk away. 5 minutes by car takes you to the centre of Playa Blanca, with a great selection of restaurants along the promenade. The popular Playa Dorada Beach and bustling Rubicon Marina can be found further along the coastline.
