It has large terrace and garden areas surrounding the house, where you can relax and have lunch outdoors, with dining area, solarium and private pool, all designed to enjoy the environment and a good dip. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 doubles and one single. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. It also has an additional bathroom with shower. It has two cosy living rooms where you can relax, direct access to the large terrace of the house and an independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances. It has a 55’ Smart TV, a fantastic private swimming pool with sea views and outdoor parking space.

Located in one of the quietest areas of Lanzarote, La Hoya is just a few minutes' drive from the best beaches and close to restaurants and supermarkets.
