Located 5 minutes walk to Playa Coloradas, 10 minutes walk to the elegant Marina Rubicon, with its shops, markets and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Ideal for families and couples. With modern decor and a comfortable exterior, this duplex offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holiday. The house has a total capacity for 4 adults and 1 child and is situated in front of the communal swimming pool of the complex. It consists of 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower; the main bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. It has a sofa bed for 1 child. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends. The kitchen is ceramic hob with; fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils and toaster. Casa XALISA also offers essential services such as wifi, Smart TV, 42 inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). The plan we propose is to simply enjoy it! Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with your family or partner, its tranquility and its interior as if it were your home. Useful information: Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of great interest for those visiting the island. A small sandy beach in the centre of the village gives its name to the place. With a strong fishing tradition, the village of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only for tourism but also for culture, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo (20 minutes walking distance from he property) , where the first documented conquistadors entered, still maintain an aura of mystery as they are located within the Natural Monument of Los Ajaches with its almost two kilometres where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters. Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that runs along almost the entire coastline and allows you to enjoy walks that will take you from Las Coloradas to the Pechiguera lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. From Playa Blanca it is easy to get around the island by car. The Timanfaya National Park is just 20 minutes away, where you will find Las Montañas del Fuego, one of the island's must-see spots, as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo. The island has 9 official Tourist Centres and the cactlanzarote website has all the information you need. Easy access to Playa Blanca centre and we hired a car to see more of the island. Villa well equipped save for the kitchen - there is no oven facility so if you wanted to eat in you only have a hob and microwave to work with. An oven or grill system would make this a 5\* for us just to give us the option for light cooking. No issues with booking process or check in. Hübsch angelegter und sehr gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Perfekt gelegen: kurzer Fußweg zur Promenade, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Marina mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften, ca 20 Min. Fußweg zum Strand. Ein gut bestückter Supermarkt befindet sich in 3 Minuten Entfernung. Die Casa ist sehr wohnlich und außerordentlich zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allem, was einem auch längere Aufenthalte angenehm macht. Es ist sehr sauber überall. Das Bad hat eine tolle Größe und ist blitzeblank. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Es gibt genügend Stauraum, die Betten sind sehr angenehm und die Krönung ist der obere Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf Pool und Umgebung. Die Poolanlage ist extrem sauber mit Liegen und viel Ruhe zum Entspannen. Die Casa ist super gesichert durch Safe und Alarmanlage. Die Agentur ist außerordentlich kundenorientiert jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit . Sie unterstütze mich bereits bei den Buchungsformalitäten und reagierte schnell und professionell bei einem persönlichen Problem.. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön - besonders an Guja! Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man auf kurzem Fußweg entlang der Küste schnell zum schön angelegten Yachthafen Rubicon gelangt. Die Alarmanlage schaltet man aus, indem man den runden Chip (liegt auf dem Schaltkästchen) kurz an das Zahnradsymbol in der Mitte des Kästchens hält. Die dortigen Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so dass es dann auch keine Beanstandungen mehr gab. In der Beschreibung stand, dass eine deutsche Verständigung möglich sei, dem war aber nicht so. Es ging dann auch auch auf Englisch, aber ich hatte extra darauf geachtet, da es dann alles auch ein wenig einfacher geht. Letztendlich hat aber alles geklappt und wir waren dann auch sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartement auch wieder buchen wollen. ##### Martina H.
