This quiet property has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom and 4 single beds spread over the other two bedrooms. It also has two bathrooms (one en suite with bathtub), so our guests are more comfortable during their stay. Casa Mar has a nice terrace with BBQ area and sea views. The private pool is heated from November to May at no additional cost. Between June and October -exclusively heated under request at an additional cost of € 10 / night. It also has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom (coin operated), TV with international channels, DVD, safe and a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster and kitchen utilities. Welcome pack is provided at your arrival (products may vary depending on availability). Relevant information: Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist area of the island. It belongs to the district of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a remarkable point and of great interest to those who visit the island. A small sandy beach with crystal clear blue water located in the heart of the town gives its name to the area. With its marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only for tourism but also cultural, with its port allowing maritime connection to the neighboring island of Fuerteventura. The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquerors entered, continue to maintain its air of mystery as they are located within the Ajaches Natural Monument with almost two kilometers where you will find several beach coves of golden sand and turquoise waters. Playa Blanca has an extensive seaside avenue that borders almost all its coastline and will allow you to enjoy walking along from the Coloradas area towards the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. From Playa Blanca it is easy to move around and visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are the Fire Mountains, one of the most important enclave of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo. The island has 9 official Tourist Centers and on their website cactlanzarote you can find all the information you need. We had a lovely welcome gift of water, muesli, milk and other provisions which was really good as we arrived late. The villa is in an excellent location with just a short walk to the marina and supermarket. Super Lage, weiter Blick und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse, die so großzügig bemessen ist, dass man immer zwischen einem Plätzchen in der Sonne und einem Schattenplätzchen wählen kann. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Ca. 5 min bis zur Marina Rubicon, von da aus ist es nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Playa Dorada und zum Ortskern von Playa Blanca. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Zunächst schaut man über eine Freifläche, dann kommen und dann erst kommen ein paar tieferliegende Häuser. Man guckt bis Playa Blanca Ort und den Montaña Roja. Das Meer kann man ebenfalls sehen. Die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar und man ist wirklich für sich. Das Haus bietet Platz für sechs Personen und bietet zwei Badezimmer mit ebenerdigen Duschen. Die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind etwas einfach und schon älter, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Der Pool mit 5 Metern länge könnte etwas länger sein. Aber zum planschen und auf einer Luftmatratze entspannen reicht er allemal. Fazit: Meine Freundin und ich würden dieses Haus immerwieder buchen. Auch zu zweit ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis schon gut. Mit jedem weiteren Mitreisenden wird das Preisleistungsverhältnis umso besser. ##### Sebastian D. The location/ aspect of the villa meant that it is exposed to the wind, so we kept the cover on the pool to keep it clean. It’s a lovely villa, well supplied kitchen. Location very quiet but just 10 minutes walking from the marina and 20 minutes from the old town. Any queries or problems we had were quickly resolved. Dream homes representative Guja was always there to help if needed. The washing machine needs replacing as a number of hiking tops we had were badly snagged from it. The drains in the main bathroom need to be serviced. Bemängelt bei Anreise: Im Kühl-Gefrierschrank eine Schublade komplett gerissen und unbrauchbar, Flaschenfach in der Türe gar nicht erst vorhanden, Innenbeleuchtung später defekt.Haustüre klemmte beim Aufmachen dermaßen, das bald davor rannte. Casher zum Poolreinigen komplett zerrissen. Zusammengewürfelter Gläserbestand ( ohne Bier oder Sektgläser ). Einmal in 2 Wochen im Hause gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Von Außen mussten wir selber erst einmal Fegen und Tisch und Stühle reinigen. Trotz Reklamation wurde lediglich die Haustüre repariert. Alles Andere blieb so bei Anreise. Einen Casher für 2 Euro haben wir dann selber gekauft, damit man in den Pool gehen konnte. Alles im Hause unpersönlich eingerichtet. Keine Kissen auf der Coach. keine Windlichter um Kerzen hineinzustellen. Nichts Nettes, wo man sich wohl fühlt. Haben uns deshalb fast nur auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. All the rooms were good and outside facilities were good. Person in number 37 parked in our space all week but didnt kick up a fuss as it wasnt worth it. We had a great week and the Marina was stunning, recommend the Italian Little Aphrodite to eat and the Jazz bar for the evenings for music. Taxis were 3 euros 50 cent back to villa in the evening.
