There are 800 meters to the sea. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the northern end of Fuerteventura. The house was purchased by a 4-member German family for their own use in February 2016th The entire grounds was 5/2016 renovated and all furniture, clothes and curtains replaced. A renovation of the inner region was conducted, 2014. The outdoor area is hidden from view by a surrounding wall of volcanic rock. The scale in the style of the home in Lanzarote Spanish artist Cesar Manrique garden exudes a very private atmosphere with different themes. The bottom of the "front garden" is designed in Cesar Manrique style white with a scale of volcanic rock way. Here you can swim extensively in the private pool and sunbathe. Whether we prefer secluded, so you take his sun on a brick sofa with surrounding pergola and palms. A sun-protected lounge area is in the front yard available. Side of the house is the brick barbecue area with its own, also brick sitting. If you want to be completely cut off, as one goes in the chill-out area, which is open as an atrium to the blue sky. Here are separated by a small rock garden, 2 open, covered seating and Liegebreiche. In the house, the ground floor comprises a to the living room open kitchen, separated by a "bar area", where 4 people can take a seat for a small meal in between. However, it is probably true that the main meals will take place in the roofed and sheltered outdoor dining area. Here you can enjoy the summer, always pleasant climate particularly well and are taking a Mediterranean meal on a also built in the typical César Manrique style bench. In the comfortably elegant living room there is enough space for up to 6 people. Here, you have free WIFI and satellite TV available. Additional information is found on the ground floor 2 bedroom whose beds can be pushed together as required or apart. The bedside lamps have a USB charging port. At this level there is a private bathroom for the inhabitants of this floor The "master bedroom" is separated in the first floor and has a private bathroom. A dressing room is integrated into the bedroom. A TV for a cozy dinner for two is available. The morning coffee can be enjoyed on the just from the bedroom walk terrace and enjoy the views of the Atlantic. The distance to the sea is about 800 meters. The villa is very well kept, and clean. The pool was the perfect temperature and cleaned twice during our stay. We would love to stay there again and will definitely try and book it again if we are ever holidaying in playa Blanca again. Short walk to some nice bars and restaurants and the beach. We could not fault anything. The beds were very comfy and the bedroom upstairs, wow, what a view. We felt completely safe. Plenty of shops, restaurant and supermarkets very near. It was well equipped to an extremely high standard, outside absolutely beautiful and very comfortable with an amazing pool. Inside even more luxurious, great wifi everywhere, lovely decorated, comfy beds and every mod con you could think of, right down to lots of plugs everywhere. We cooked a couple of times and it was great. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back. Everything was as advertised. Gorgeous outdoor area and pool. Inside there are 2 good size downstairs twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Upstairs a big double en-suite with a large balcony. WiFi was great and the location of the villa was ideal. 12min walk to supermarket and restaurants. We had a car and it was a short drive to any of the beaches in playa blanca area.One quibble would be the instructions for obtaining access via the gate were confusing when we first arrived. We saw several other people struggling with this during our stay so perhaps the system has changed recently? Once we got in there was a ‘clicker’ for the gate so it was all seamless from then on.We would recommend ‘La Francesca’ & ‘Gusto’ restaurants locally.Overall this is a 5 star villa and we would love to stay here again in the future. ##### Barry A. Had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Only downside, there was no key to the gate which provides a more direct access to shops and bars. Ok for us, just a 12 minute walk round the road but would be beneficial if we were to take our elderly parents. The villa, pool and gardens couldn’t be faulted. We would definitely return. The property is stunning and the standard of the decor is first class and it was spotlessly clean in every aspect. The villa is situated in a luxurious development and has huge outside areas with many places to relax in the sun or shade. The booking was easy and Margit, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Also Tina, the property manager was lovely, she met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and responded very quickly and efficiently to a minor problem that we experienced early in the week. We definitely want to return to this villa and are looking for dates for next year. ##### Antony M. Stayed 7 nights in Oct 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Craig L. 26 Sept 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy I want to write a really average review, so that this place is still available next year for when we return! but i cannot, i have to be honest and this Villa is amazing! like its perfect!it was found in a extremely clean state!, the lighting and ambience is amazing! the appliances are fantastic, there is everything you need here, certainly for 4 people, any more and you may need more plates, but the rooms were very spacious! the lighting at night is beautiful and the garden and pool area are amazing!there is some overlooking from one balcony, its not completely secluded, but these are used more of an evening, apart from that everything was as mentioned and described. Margit, our contact is a saint! and Tina maintains the house so nice that in turn we left it also in a really clean state, you feel like you want to. we would love to visit again. its just under 7euros taxi to town, walkable to other bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the area and the secure residential area itself is very quiet at night. lizards around on the walls was very spanish indeed, catching all these pesky insects! we love to see them! pool feels fairly new, either that on maintained well, there is no yellow marks on the edge, its a nice pool and in an area where you are shaded from any strong lanzarote breeze, if you like to feel the breeze, the grass area is perfect also! there is a giant net also to clear out any leaves etc quickly in the morning, it just has everything you need. ##### Craig L. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der warme Pool und die Möglichkeit die Räume zu heizen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei einem kleinen Problem (Stromausfall) wurde von Tina sofort reagiert.Alles in allem: Super ##### Josef E. Man merkt deutlich, dass Familie Inacker das Objekt auch privat nutzt. Die Villa ist liebevoll und qualitativ höherwertig eingerichtet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Sehr viel Platz innen und außen, sauberer Pool (ca. 30qm - nachts schön beleuchtet), viele (!) Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (auch windgeschützt oder im Schatten, wenn man möchte) und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns die 2 Wochen unsäglich wohl gefühlt und würden sicher sehr gerne wiederkommen. Und unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Tina, hat ihren Teil dazu beigetragen :) Danke Dir! ##### Henrik M. De villa ligt inmiddels te midden van aanzienlijk meer bebouwing dan wat de presentatie suggereert. Uitzicht op de oceaan alleen vanaf het dakterras, over de omringende huizen. Kort na onze aankomst bij de villa hebben wij de eigenaresse gemeld dat voorgaande gasten een aantal – deels gevaarlijke - beschadigingen hadden achtergelaten. De eigenaresse reageerde buitengewoon negatief, zelfs met de suggestie dat wij dat zelf zouden hebben aangericht ... Het zwembad was niet verwarmd !! De belofte van een verwarmd zwembad was voor ons de belangrijkste reden waarom we juist dit huis hadden gehuurd … maar ook na hogere instelling van de thermostaat op 28 graden Celcius werd geen warmer water toegevoerd en bleef de temperatuur van het zwembad niet hoger dan 21 graden. Onze conclusie: de verwarming is defect. Reactie van de eigenaar: “Dan moet je maar niet gaan zwemmen”. Van enige compensatie kon geen sprake zijn …. (!!!) Er wordt géén tussentijdse schoonmaak en verstrekking van schone handdoeken en beddengoed aangeboden. Bij een verblijf van 3 weken is dat geen overbodige luxe, meestal aangeboden bij dit type luxe villa’s en waarvoor wij tijdens onze vakanties graag een redelijke prijs extra betalen. Overigens heeft Lanzarote een interessante geologische geschiedenis, bijzondere moderne kunst en indrukwekkende architectuur, gemaakt door de invloedrijke architect/kunstenaar César Manrique. ##### Frans C.
