"We had a wonderful stay in this RV! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was fresh and comfortable. The shower was also fantastic!The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We really appreciated all the little extras and attention to detail, from providing makeup wipes and shampoo to leaving helpful directions and information. Those small touches made the stay feel especially welcoming.The neighbours were also very nice and friendly, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere when we arrived.The only thing I would mention for future guests is that the front/outdoor area of the RV isn’t especially private. This wasn’t an issue at all for us, as we were mainly using the RV as a comfortable place to land and sleep at night while visiting friends nearby. However, if you’re looking for a very private, secluded getaway where you’ll be spending a lot of time at the property, it may be something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place with a thoughtful and responsive host."

"The perfect getaway we really needed love the hot tub definitely made use of the barbeque and fire pit and enjoyed the host pointing out a fun hike. We could do nearby and other lakes than Cuca Noosa to go see. also was really cool to see Amish people who were very wonderful and charming."

"I can't say enough about the owners. They have gone above and beyond. Very prompt on everything. The home is beautiful. We had 7 in our party with more then enough space. The deck is like another living area. We spent most of our time on it. The view is amazing especially the sunsets. Recommend this home 100%"

"What an amazing property in a beautiful part of Montana. We had such a good time there. It had a well-equipped kitchen with anything we could possibly need including plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group of people. Huge refrigerator and freezer, large dining table and a large living room with fireplace. The house itself was over the top nice with four complete bedrooms and one little room for kids. It could very comfortably sleep four couples and several children. The outside was where we spent most of our time on the nicely furnished deck with its expansive view of the river and very strong WiFi. There were a few tables for dining on the deck, as well as numerous Adirondack chairs and lounge chairs. You could see the river from anywhere on this large deck, which had multiple levels, including seating down by the water. There was good brook and rainbow trout fishing in the river right off the deck. The property was a significant distance from any other property which made the house feel very private. It is surrounded by forest. Deer came by each evening and morning and flocks of Canadian geese flew by several times.The property had a separate building with a beautiful large bar, shuffleboard table, pool table and blackjack table. It was a lot of fun at night.The local tavern nearby is worth a visit. It had a live band and good food.We will definitely be back. I can’t say enough good things about this house and the surrounding property."

"Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids ages 10 & 12) had a wonderful stay at Rob and Peggy’s property. The house was clean, bright and very comfortable. The air conditioning kept things nice and cool while the weather was very hot during our stay. The home is equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, comfortable beds and linens and a stunning outdoor covered deck where you can watch the sunset while listening to a concert from the Abayance Bay stage. Rob was friendly and answered any of our questions quickly. We had such a great experience during our stay and will definitely be booking again for our next trip down to Montana."
