The staffs are helpful, breakfast was great. We loved the complimentary foot massage and drinks. However, our room was next to the lift and a bit noisy throughout the night.

This is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not just in Vietnam but in the US as well. I highly recommend to splurge a little because it’s affordable in Vietnam to stay here. The service is phenomenal, the Breakfast made to order as well as buffet, and in the center of everything to walk to. Check out the Cat Cafe on the corner. Thank you to Katie and Asher for a final farewell. Can’t say enough good things about Vietnam as well as this fabulous hotel. Oh and get a balcony room. Always elevates the experience.

Had a great stay at Au Lac Charner in Saigon! Our late arrival was handled professionally and with friendliness. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the amenities like the pool, gym and spa were all excellent. I'd totally return to this hotel next time we're in Saigon.

"Amazing rooftop pool and seafood buffet. We were given an upgraded room which was really spacious and very nice. We were only there one night but the pool and dining options meant we didn’t need to leave the hotel and it was a lovely relaxing stopover in HCM."
