I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub. Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest. Service from house keeping was great. But overall the other service I felt from the staff was cold and not up to par with what branding this hotel has.
