Located in the central area of Xeraco beach, a step away from a park with swings for children and a multi-sports area. In the vicinity, you can find all types of services. A quiet area with little traffic, guaranteed disconnection and rest. It offers a beautiful pool with Venetian steps and a cordoned-off children's pool. First-floor apartment with comfortable and modern furniture. It has two bedrooms with ceiling fans, a main bathroom with a bathtub, additional toilet, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room and a spacious south-facing terrace with views of the pool. The living-dining room has direct access to the terrace. Includes underground garage parking space. Capacity 4 people. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
