Everybody makes a mistake or everything can go wrong at any time. Here when something is not right or not supposed to be that way they are willing to fix it to the best of their ability. The first night when my son took a shower the water didn't drain or drained very slow then it overflowed. Then there was water all over the bathroom and a little bit in the bedroom. It was nighttime. No big deal. The following morning i saw cleaning staff and mentioned that to one of them. Right away she called a maintenance guy. He came. And problem solved. One more when we checked in, she gave me the room with just one bed. Then i went back to her telling her i reserved a room with two beds. She looked at the screen and gladly switched. I love this place.
