Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm.

This is a really beautiful place! You feel like you're in the country and yet only about 15 minutes or so drive to Santiago de Compostela. But the best part was how gracious, friendly, and helpful our hosts, Julia and Julio were! Just a precaution if you have a mid to large size car, parking is really tight, but driving around the area, that seems to be the norm so definitely don't let that deter you from staying at this beautiful place!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful when we had a problem not related to our stay there - they could easily have said it wasn’t in their job description! The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a fridge, good WiFi and charging sockets. Close to the town centre too. Very good value for money!

"Room available 1h late, have to wait with pregnant women in the car. Aging building. A/C terribly noisy and not working. Poor sound insulation. Heard everything next door, discussions, kids running, dog barking. Finally the dog barking next door, woke us up at 3 AM ! Really not worth 4 stars."
