Fortress view. Residence 400 m. Schillerstraße is a quiet residential street characterized by old Wilhelminian town houses. It leads directly to the Ringpark, a park surrounding Würzburg's inner city with old trees and countless paths for walking, jogging and cycling. Schiller lures is a 48 square meter 2 room apartment on the 3rd Upper floor (elevator) of an apartment building. Exclusive flair for two with a cultivated, bright ambience and with a view. What is luxury? Oiled oak parquet floor. Natural oak furniture. A modern kitchenette in oak. Well-kept dishes (Villeroy and Boch). High quality wine glasses (Spiegelau). Nespresso machine. The cozy gray sofa with ottoman. Luxury is the harmony of everything. Because the interior is new and finely coordinated. In the bright living-dining room (30 sqm) the kitchen with stove, oven, 3-star refrigerator (icebox) is separated by a wall. Here, in the bay window, is the most cozy place with two armchairs, so ideal for a good glass of wine with a view of Würzburg's imposing fortress. Very romantic especially in the evening! The bedroom is small (10 sqm) and intimate, with access to the ensuite bathroom. The 1.80 m bed scores with high-quality ecological materials. The bathroom has a 1.30 m wide, deep shower and is timeless in a special way with light gray natural stone tiles. Schiller lures is a luxurious apartment, a beautiful home and a very solid starting point for excursions to the city center and the surrounding area. The Residenz, Würzburg's UNESCO World Heritage Site and landmark, is only 300 meters away. Best bus connection (100 m) to Uni am Hubland! All destinations of the Romantic Road are easily accessible from here. Small, traditional wine towns all around attract with a lot of flair. Our apartment is also suitable for longer stays. Wir kochen auch im Urlaub meist gern selbst, das geht in der Kochecke wunderbar, gute Töpfe und Pfannen sind vorhanden. Das Auto kann in der fußläufig in ca. 7 Minuten entfernten Garage sicher abgestellt und muss erst zur Abreise wieder hervorgeholt werden. Hilfreich bei An- und Abreise ist der Aufzug im Haus (Achtung: nicht barrierefrei). Die Altstadt mit ihren zahllosen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist je nach Ziel in 10 (z.B. Residenz, Mainufer) bis 15 Minuten erreichbar, bis zum Alten Kranen sind es vielleicht doch 20 Minuten. Selbst das Käppele auf der gegenüberliegenden Mainseite kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Fußläufig gibt es verschiedene zum Teil sehr gut sortierte Geschäfte und Bäcker für die tägliche Versorgung; und natürlich gut erreichbare Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. ##### Angelika K. La ubicación es buena, se puede llegar a todos los lugares caminando, además está el Ring Park para disfrutar de un paseo, trote o yoga. Además hay muchas opciones para comprar a pocos metros, no se necesita un coche ni bus. El único defecto: el dormitorio es un poco estrecho, porque la cama es muy amplia y para alguien muy sensible al dormir, podría molestar el ruido de algunos autos y personas que pasan por la calle. Hemos disfrutado un mes en Sanderau , fue hermoso , muy buena experiencia. ##### Siegfried L. Die Vermieter haben sich vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes perfekt um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert und auch einen Stellplatz für unser Auto besorgt. Alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt, war vorhanden ... Von der Butter, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Obst ... Pasta... bis zum fränkischen Wein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad: die Innenstadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. 15 - 20 min bequem erreichbar. Vielen Dank nach Würzburg ##### Stefan und Elke S.
