Whether you're planning a fun-filled family vacation, a romantic couples’ escape, or a surfer’s dream getaway, this condo is the perfect place to make summer memories.

The main level welcomes you with a warm and inviting living space, complete with a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless-steel appliances, a handy workstation, and a built-in dining bar—perfect for grabbing a quick bite before heading back to the beach. Just outside, a private sitting area provides a quiet retreat in the midst of the bustling island. Dine al fresco at the charming bistro table or simply unwind with the salty ocean breeze.

Upstairs, the charm continues. At the top of the stairs, you'll find delightful built-in bunk beds—every child’s dream hideaway! Stay Requirements: Any Turn Day in Summer. Minimum of 3 night stay in Summer, 2 night other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2-3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

We enjoyed our stay - the beach was beautiful and it’s just a short walk away! The condo is in a busy part of Wrightsville Beach so be aware that you will hear nightlife at the local bars and restaurants.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and overall the unit was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. It would be perfect for 2 adults with children. Only having 1 shower took some coordinating with 4 adults.

Not quiet, but, nice and centralized

Very nice place. Only downfalls were the noise from the nightlife and those in the other unit. Otherwise, a great location and convenient parking.

Great location

Check in process was very smooth. The rental was clean and fit our family well. The location was great! Walking distance to Roberts Market for some breakfast, lunch or odd items we needed. Several coffee shops, ice cream shops, and restaurants also within walking distance. Good people watching. If your into grabbing a drink some bars close by as well. Not to mention a short easy walk to beach access. A great stay for our long weekend, we’ll definitely be back.

Disappointing

Large groups of young people were also staying at the property and were loud and disruptive for my young children. The local bar was also very loud until the early morning hours which disrupted my young children’s sleep. The condo appears more used and lived in than the pictures show. The carpets appear very worn and dirty.

Grab a sub from the grocery store - they were great. The bar across the street does get loud late at night. Just part of the charm. The interior stairs are narrow so if you have someone that can't do stairs well, this is not the place for you. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything that we needed.We used the hospitality app and that made checking in and out so easy. It also provided the wifi information. We look forward to returning soon!
