This hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean and quiet considering it is just 75 yards from train station. The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I will stay here again.

Nice conveniently placed hotel which is within walking distance of town centre. The room was a bit tired but was warm and comfortable so it didn't really matter. Having a nice restaurant in the hotel was great and the food was really good and plentiful. The owner and his team worked well and were all friendly helpful and polite.
While I'd like to rave all positives as the host was lovely. I believe it's fair to leave an honest review for this help. I would want the same. There is just was a few of niggles, but mostly positives. So please do stay with Linda, I would again.
For me the niggles, were our cups for hot drinks were not clean, and was a coffee/tea ring stain inside. One was worse than the other. There was a small stain near the head end on the sheet of the bed. I felt the bed was hard, and found it a little difficult to feel comfy. 5 rooms using 1 shower in the morning. Parking can be a problem too, however was able to park across the driveway.
Please don't let the niggles put you off. Some can be easily sorted. But that is my personal honest review.
Positives. Location was ideal, very close to the beach, and shops. Linda was very welcoming and was able to access room earlier than 4pm as advertised. The breakfast was delicious, and felt catered. Drinking facilities in the room. Room felt warm, even when temperature outside dropped. Wifi worked well and was free. Plenty of storage space for unpacking.
None of the niggles bothered me enough not to stay again. Thank you
Very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean with lovely crisp bed linen.
Breakfast was excellent. The owners were very helpful and informative and genuinely appeared to wish us a good holiday. Local transport very good.

This sunny seaside town on England’s southern coast offers a pleasant stay for those exploring South Downs National Park. The South Coast Cycle Route winds along the coastline and the waves are excellent for wind and kite surfing. Artist studios abound, providing a unique shopping experience for art lovers. In August, costumed locals “fly” off Worthing pier in the annual Worthing Birdman event.
