"Great little gem if you travel with dogs (as we always do). Dog beach where pooches can run free and staff very dogfriendly. We stayed in the new building and it was perfect, clean and with a nice view of the bay."

"Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. Hotel Sønderborg Kaserne

10/10 Excellent

"In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."
