Great stay we had dinner at the Salem Cross Inn which was only 30 minutes away. Enjoyed a drink at the bar, played pool in the common area took a few dips in the pool and Jacqui which was clean. The staff was able to Che k us in early and a late checkout was perfect.

Room was very musty and dusty — triggered a bad allergy attack. Bathtub was not cleaned properly and had hair in it.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Pool appeared to be very nice and had a hot tub as well. Gym was large with lots of equipment. Only bad thing was lack of good eating options in the neighborhood, although there is a restaurant on site.

This unique hotel is features a historic New England industrial building incorporated in a modern convention complex. The property was in excellent condition, apparently newly renovated. The guest room was spacious, comfortably furnished and very clean.

I had two rooms, both checked in by different representatives at the reception area. For this check in, the representative appeared very rude and made it seem that I was bothering her by checking in. While she visibly did not appear to be working on anything urgent, she would not check me in until she finished cleaning the area around her (which included lifting up each piece of equipment on the desk to clean underneath). She then proceeded to talk about how unwell she was feeling. The room was very spacious, though several areas required a deep cleaning (bathroom sink, coffee station). I would like a refund or credit for this poor stay.

For a really old building (1833), they have done a amazing job renovating. The outside mostly still looks like an old factory which gives it character. The inside is as modern as can be, all shiny and new. We enjoyed our stay very much.
