The guests in the rooms around us were very noisy and slammed their doors as they went in and out. The hotel should either replace the doors with quiet closures or put a sign in each room asking the guest to close the door quietly. The tub should have non-slip material placed on the bottom. It was very slippery!

I've stayed here 5 times over the last 6 years to attend a local convention. Usually, I've given a 5-star rating but two things changed that, both of which are minor but I felt they warranted highlighting. First, my room did not have a placard to hang on the door for housekeeping to bypass it. Not a major concern, but I have developed a preference for not having my space disrupted while traveling. Second, the beer selections were well below previous years. Again, not a show stopper, but something I found curious. Both of those issues aside, I had a great stay in a clean room with ample water pressure and the best breakfast buffet in the area.

The hotel and staff were great, except for the bartender, he was extremely rude and very vocal about not wanting to be there. I was also a bit surprised that 3 drinks, in lowball glasses cost $56.00. They weren't specialty drinks, 2 Malibu and cranberry juice and 1 gin &tonic. I've drank in some pretty swanky bars and never spent close to $20 per drink for small drinks like that.

We stayed here for 2 nights to be close to family for holidays. It was clean and hotel employees friendly and helpful. Workout room was nice and free breakfast was standard fare and very convenient for a big family.

Holiday hotel
Nice place to stay during holiday visit with family. Very friendly and efficient staff. The only drawback -- lots of hockey families, most well behaved, but a few kids (8-10 yrs old) allowed to hang out unsupervised in the breakfast area. I also heard other guests complaining about misbehaving kids at night. Not the hotel's fault -- come on, parents!
