My daughter found a dead roach, stuck in goop in the kitchen drawers, as well as multiple live roaches everywhere in the room. All of the dresser drawers are broken. There were no amenities available at the hotel claimed would be not even the coffee pot. The breakfast included was oatmeal and coffee, absolutely worst hotel experience ever even the mattresses were overly stained

Front desk was unattended when I arrived around 6:30 pm. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in. In the interim, I had to listen to a laundry employee's screaming child. The employee did nothing to remedy this. There was a faint smell of marijuana around the entrance. The room itself was okay, except it was missing a toilet paper holder and a towel rack, and the clocks were not set to the proper time. And there was a barking dog in a room a few doors down from me. I chose it for it's location and price. I was not expecting the Taj Mahal. So overall it was okay for the money paid, for a one night stay.

Awful. First, the check in process is insanely long and it is the first time everyone staying had to show their ids. Never seen that anywhete. For a non smoking hotel the hallways reek of cigarette smoke. The first room we had had poop all over the toilet seat and they had no one to clean it so switched us to a new room that smells horrible. Thankflly only here one night and will bear through it. Definately do not reccomend

This property is very dated. As soon as you walk in there is an odor. The elevator, hallways and the room smelled awful. It made me nauseous the entire stay. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen dishwasher was falling apart. Everything was just gross.

Ugh.
Staff was great - super nice and helpful. No complaints there! But! Hotel was gross. The other guests are just filthy with too many loud people in one room, generating food trash they leave in the hallway, smoking in their rooms. Loud children running in the halls. Cigarette butts in the laundry machines. And then ROACHES. When I notified and provided proof on a FRIDAY, I was told no one would be coming to “inspect” until TUESDAY. Again, no fault of the staff - they don’t make the rules. But completely unacceptable that corporate doesn’t act faster. Or better yet, crack down on the guests. Would be an OK place if the guests didn’t bring in roaches and create such filth.

Was informed at checking in at 630 pm my room was canceled due to overbooked. There were many signs warning about not leaving valuables around and it was apparent there were many non-paying guests on the property. Upgrade to a Holiday Inn express and get the 2-3 star experience this place couldn't've provided based on the quality of the check in area.

Would not recommend this hotel. Bed is loud and not comfortable. Pull out couch is also loud and not comfortable and there was food on the floor once the bed was pulled out. Bathroom is not clean, needs major overhaul and has mildew. Faucet keeps falling off and toilet doesn’t flush properly. Smells like it used to be a hotel in which you could smoke. Grab and go breakfast is coffee, tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and packaged muffin.

The only thing I liked was the price. I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed 18 nights and I slept on the same bedding for 15 of those nights contrary to being told during check-in that I would be scheduled for housekeeping weekly. I finally requested a change in bedding, clean towels and bathroom cleaned. That took 3 days because first the housekeepers "have gone for the day" and then "a housekeeper called out". Carpeting is shabby, toilet seat is child-size, no coffee makers available ("on order"), child noisy. Will not stay again!

Staff was very nice at least, however every time you needed them they took multiple minutes to notice you at the desk even after being alerted. That was the best thing about it. Besides just being a grungy mess the carbon monoxide detector was chirping and needed the battery changed. Whole place smelled like rotten fish too.
