Great place, clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and courteous, breakfast was very good. Not easy to find your way in and out of the corporate development. GPS was not helpful.

Arrived at 5 pm, rooms were not ready to check in. Stayed in the lobby for about two hours. Lady at the front desk took my phone number to call me whenever the room was ready.. never got a call. I had to go back and and ask again for the room almost two hours later I had to get ready, had somewhere to be and the wait was veryyy inconvenient.

We place a 50 hold on the credit card that you provide us for incidentals. Whatever you charge to your room is subtracted from that 50 and whatever's leftover is refunded to your card in 3-5 business days. I hope this helps. We hope to see you again.

The accommodations are nice. Good sized room & bathroom. The walls are paper thin. I listened to my neighbor’s entire conversation while in my bathroom. There was also a significant snow storm. At 7 am, the lot and driveway had not yet been plowed.

Good luck finding this hotel. Limited staff, the front desk rarely had an attendant, towels left in the pool area for days. Rooms and property are very nice.

Nice, quiet location. Never had to worry about my car. Clean, quiet room was exactly as advertised. Only complaint is that the young lady at the front desk was checking her phone while I was talking to her, and I never received the towels that I asked her for.
