Good value for money

Cons: Breakfast should not be the same everyday
Good value for money. Rather plush looking lobby for a best western. Breakfast was a disappointment though, not because it was bad but remained exactly the same for all the 5 days that I was there. Overall quite good for a business stay.

Pros: room design and gives a peace
It was much better than when I stayed one year ago. The only missing is bath tab was not able to keep the hot water. Everything is good but need new tub water keeper.

Lobby area is spacious and has a lot to offer. Bar and restaurant are good but not alot of people as its set back off the road a good bit. Easy walk to Five Guys which kids liked. Room size was average with 2 double beds and not alot of extra space. Breakfast staff a little grumpy. Overall what we expected. Kids enjoyed it

Pleasant staff at front desk. Nice comfortable clean room, breakfast outstanding including workers. Bar staff was crabby.

Different grade of room

I have stayed in this hotel before, and always had a good experience. This time, however, the room they gave me had a terrible bed, a very old and small desk, and really bad beading (one of those comforters that slides when you're sleeping). Not sure why this room was different from the ones I had stayed in before; I feel I payed the same price. Anyway, not the best place to stay if you get stuck with one of these rooms.

We had a great time. The staff there was very friendly. They had a good continental breakfast and the wait staff was amazing. Especially Jeff, he had a great personality and was so helpful.

I just like to talk about the pool because I chose it more for the pool, but unfortunately could not take advantage it, because the pool was freezing! Only at this point I have to complain.
