Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. This was after an exhausting day and just wanting to go to sleep. The company took $50 off for the inconvenience...whoopty doo! If everything would have went smoothly, I can see why people like the hotel. Its not bad, just my experience was bad.

This was my first experience with Cozy Suites, and overall the stay was wonderful. The building was quiet, check-in was easy, and the location was very convenient. My only constructive feedback is that the furniture in the unit was quite uncomfortable. The couch was unusable, and I ended up sitting on the floor and leaning against the couch. Likewise the bar stools were not very comfortable. So, I suggest an upgrade to seating options.

"There was a smell in our room, the breakfast was subpar (watery eggs, stale pastries), religious tv station on during breakfast. All things I could have done without or taken care of my own (room spray, not eaten the breakfast and eaten in my room), so as a place to stay it did its job."
