Surf Beach Townhouse - What a spot! Located on Kiama's beautiful Manning Street within walking distance to the cafes, restaurants, retail shops and multiple beaches. Surf Beach Townhouse is in the heart of all that Kiama has to offer. Staying here will place you right across the road to Kiama's main beach - Surf Beach plus children's playground. Upon entering this centrally located townhouse, you will know you have booked the right place. Leave the ground level entrance and travel up the stairs to the main entertaining level. This level features an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows out onto the entertaining deck. The perfect place for the family to enjoy drinks & a BBQ after a swim at the beach across the road. On the middle level, you will also find the third bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (4 singles - 2 adults and 2 children or 4 children under 14 only). This level also houses the modern main bathroom. Located on the third and final level of the Surf Beach Townhouse, you will find the master bedroom with its own private mini-deck and ensuite, plus a second bedroom and bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have Queen beds. There is also a separate lounge and TV for the kids at entry level so the adults can have their own space in the entertaining area upstairs. Across the road from the beach, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Did not move the car for the whole weekend.

Great property- great location close to everything.
2nd time we have stayed - different group but had a great time again. Love how close it is to everything , layout is great for a group get together. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms a bonus!
