"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Personal war freundlich, Zimmer sind halt Standart aber dafür wirklich groß. Die Nachbarn auf der gegenüber liegenden Straße waren nervig und extrem laut. Dafür war das Frühstück top, Kaffe, Saft, Limo... Rührei in 2 Variationen, verschiedene Brötchen und Brote, viele Marmeladen, Honig, Obst, Käse und die Highlights für meine kids- Waffeln zum selbst machen und vorallem schon Eis zum Frühstück 😅 Der Ort an sich ist sehr fade aber es gibt im Umkreis genug Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. "Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."
