A week of rest at the hotel.

I was please with the hotel, I enjoy the complimentary breakfast that was served. I thought that they would have a few things to serve like the basic such as 🍩 , eggs, coffee, orange juice, milk and pastries , but to my surprise they did serve the basic plus much more they even had saugage, bacon and so forth.The rooms had cable tv so my husband was able to watch his ball game on TV this really may his vacation great.My children​ and I enjoy the pool area they had a kiddy pool with a dinosaur slide that was so cute for the little kids my children was to big for it ,but they enjoy the regular pool and I liked the hot tub and being able to keep and eye on my kids while we were all enjoying ourselves​.Also there was a few restaurants, gas station , store and many other good places near by the hotel is in a good location. This was a vacation enjoy by my whole family.

DO NOT STAY HERE - false advertising of amenities

Cons: False advertising for one!!! take down the photos of a water park that is clearly not located at this hotel.
DO NOT STAY at AmericInn Lodge and Suites in Wisconsin Dells if you are traveling with small children. We placed a reservation with AmericInn Lodge and Suites in Wisconsin Dells on expedia.com. Both expedia.com and AmericInn website were advertising a water park (with photos showing a water park) at this location. We were traveling with two small children which made this location with a water park as advertised on both sites ideal for our trip. However, when we arrived and checked at the AmericInn Lodge and Suite in Wisconsin Dells in we came to find out that were was no water park as advertised on AmericInn website. Right away I phoned expedia.com to file a complained and request a refund for falsely advertising amenities which were not at the hotel. Expedia.com agent informed us that the all details and pictures on expedia.com come directly from the hotels website and the hotel is 100% responsible for all advertising and refunding of any fees. The next day I was contacted by AmericInn sales manager, Bethany Bradley, who admitted to having photos of another water park posted on AmericInn website. Bethany then explained that the told us that the hotel offered complementary free passed to a water park near by. I asked why this information was not disclosed on expedia.com or on AmericInn website, Bethany expressed her deepest apologies for MY misunderstanding and told us to check out early if we wanted to leave. Bethany is no longer responding to my emails regarding the refund.

Staff great. Easy check in. Friendly. Pool was great for the kids. Clean, big and safe. Hotel felt safe and Rooms were clean. Had a nice view to the woods behind hotel. Breakfast was great.

Great - except the ant problem...

Staff was excellent... so nice and boy they were busy. Accommodations were great, hotel was awesome and centrally located. The room however, needs some work and ant traps. But other than that, was clean and spacious.

Adequate. Front office staff was not friendly.

Pros: continental breakfast
Location: Lot's it's the dells
We arrived an hour early. Just went to check to see if we were registered, as had never booked through an outside entity before. The desk clerk was less then friendly. The coupon booklet we were given with the "keys" was outdated and half of the coupons were expired. I told this person we had no problem coming back at check in time. It is off season for this hotel and honestly there were 5 cars in the lot at any given time. Not peak season, not busy, no reason to be hostile!

Nothing special

Check in says 3pm but they won't let you check in until 4. Staff was unfriendly. Bar is hardly a bar. Room was ok, paid 170$ for what was essentially a 70$ room max. Horribly overpriced

Hotels.com has the WRONG addresse, Also does not have all the amenities the site says. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The stay was very good. We had to cut it short by a day/night due to health issues back home. Yes I would recommend this to anyone and would be coming back.
