Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback with regards to your recent experience at AmericInn Wisconsin Dells. We believe that guest comments are the true measure of our success as a hotel premises. We are in the middle of major overhaul throughout the hotel, which includes updating rooms, changing menus at our wonderful breakfast, and new training parameters for all staff- both the old and the new- and I would just like to spare a few moments to personally thank you in your continued patience as we are revamping our entire Front Desk staff to better serve all of our valued guests. I am disappointed to hear about the different challenges that you faced while visiting our hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize, as it seems that we fell below standards on more than one occasion. I can understand the inconvenience that it was for you and your family, specifically the state of your room. I will be sure to share your comments with our Housekeeping Management Team to be looked into further. I can assure you, service such as this is not the norm for our hotel. At AmericInn we do strive to achieve 100% guest satisfaction, and to make every stay an outstanding experience.
