Being an historic building meant it had a lot of character. It was next to the sea. And our room had a view of the sea and the golf course. I really enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Another castle that represents better value for money than its corporate competitors and what a location. Forget about the corporate chains and stay somewhere with a bit of character...you'll be glad you did!

Lovely from the outside and room is well refurbed. Staff behind bar not very quick and shared facilities (W.C reception ect) are not up to the same standards as the room

Took £121 out of my bank account yet I didn’t stop the night. Tried to ask for my money back and they were not cooperating at all.

The property is tired, the breakfast was average and the quality of the room service food was poor.
