"John at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area"
"Winthrop is a cool place. An old west styled town with a ton of outdoor activities throughout the area.
This property has an online check-in and coded room doors for those arriving late. The front desk is not manned 24/7 but there is plenty of signage if you need assistance of some kind.
Nicole was amazing, welcoming and kind. She was a great representative of the local people. Everywhere we went the locals were genuinely kindhearted and quick to offer assistance or shoot the breeze.
This is not a property you stay at for the amenities. There is no spa or 5 star restaurant. What they do have is very clean and neatly appointed rooms to enjoy after a day of hiking, shooting, rafting, skiing, biking, etc. It’s peaceful and quiet. We could hear the owls hooting and the whisper of the swoosh of their wings as the grabbed their dinner.
We will happily return.
