The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cookware, updated appliances, cabinets, and countertops. A compact island offers seating for two and opens into the dining area, which can accommodate an additional six guests. The living space features a cozy sofa, ideal for enjoying the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. A private deck offers a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and grants access to the second bathroom located in the hallway. Located in building 16, situated within the upper cul-de-sac of buildings 15 – 20, this site is a short walk from the main clubhouse and has a complimentary town shuttle stop just a few steps from the building’s entrance. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
