The Exchange was built in 1900 as the commodities exchange for ship and rail transport coming along the Mississippi River. We never received the included parking pass, despite sending a message about there not being one in the welcome binder. Owner replied hed bring one the following day, but did not. Downtown parking is limited to lots with 12 hours and further away 20 hr limits. We had 2 cars so we roted the cars between the 12 hour lot next door and a further away 20 hour lot. It was a hasssel. The apt was clean and as described. The furniture was ok but not sturdy comfy for lounging.
