"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy from the moment we walked in. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting, with sloppy caulking patching what looked like holes and grime throughout—it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned.
The bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, but what really crossed the line was what we found when we checked it. There was brown residue on the bedding that raised serious concerns about cleanliness and possible bed bugs. We didn’t feel safe using the hotel’s bedding at all and had to use our own blankets just to get through one night.
To make matters worse, the overall environment felt unsafe. There were people loitering outside all night, with constant yelling, slamming, and disruptive behavior. It was loud, unsettling, and honestly concerning from a safety standpoint.
We stayed the night out of necessity but left as soon as possible. This place is poorly maintained, unclean, and does not feel safe. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here."
"We enjoyed this hotel! We didn't go have time to enjoy the pool, though we sat nearby to enjoy the sunshine while waiting for our ride.Bed was very comfortable, good breakfast, clean room.We felt very safe at this location which is important to us!"
"the wash-hand basin in the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently to remove some residue left on the basin (likely given a cursory wipe). The fridge was not working properly was told a working one would be put in it never happened.
The safe in the room was opened in the locked position a maintenance person came and unlocked and left had a trial and locked with my own code couldn't open it. Other than that everything was fine. i did inform the lady at desk of these problems when checking out"
"When we got to breakfast at 8 AM, the offerings were very sparse. The cooler for yogurt was empty, there were oatmeal packets but no cold cereal, and only few pastries. We left and ate breakfast elsewhere. "
"This was one of the least expensive places around. I didn’t expect the Ritz. What I got was a basic room, with clean sheets, and that’s fine. The motel was old, and tired and showed it. The only really odd things were the bathroom corner sink that was small, and low to the ground, like a sink in a kids bathroom, and the other thing was that there was no closet, not even a rack on the wall to hang things. I was hanging things from the curtain rod and TV.
So, if you just need a place to lay your head down for a night or two, it’s fine, but if you want to impress your partner for a nice weekend away, spend a few more dollars for something nicer. "
"This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its attention to detail.
Clean rooms free water and real coffee cups.
It’s the little things you notice like dual sinks, free water, mini fridge, super clean and great food."
