Have stayed at Caesar's Windsor many times. Have stayed at the Double Tree twice now while in Windsor. Just a great hotel. Friendly intelligent staff. Check in is effortless. Caesar's Windsor check-in is a nightmare. Not easy at all and the staff frequently have to get a manager to help them. Not at the Double Tree. Comfortable rooms. Excellent beds. Quiet. Great bathroom.

This was the first time I booked a suite and I was very pleased. The only weird thing was the wifi, which was free for 7 days? I only needed 1 day, so that’s fine, but it makes me wonder about future bookings at Hilton hotels.

Parking (payment) was not made clear - was told we are getting a parking 'pass'. Well it's not a 'pass' but just a ticket to get in and out. Rooms were amazing!! Very noisy the morning we were there - garbage pick up 5:30AM!!! Friendly staff.

The hotel is lovely, however the showers did not work well. The designated smoking area should not be so close to the front door entrance, and you can hear the guests in the room next door

Great stay despite the carpet being very wet in the corner of the room. We let the staff know and they sent someone up to take a look right away. People were friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, location on the river was fantastic. What more could you want….

Great buffet breakfast! Hotel was clean, the only downfall to me was that the shower pressure was not good. I have thick long hair and it would not have rinsed the shampoo out of it because the pressure of the water in the shower was terrible.

The hotel is very beautiful. The room was very comfortable. The room service was poor. I tried to order food for 6 hours to no avail despite promises from food services to return my call.

Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk while they lady was on the phone. when i was accompanied she was completely rude and aggressive, accused me of stealing a credit card and wouldn’t let me check in until my partner came. also rooms are full of stains while there’s a note in the room telling us it’s fully clean. i’ve had a good experience with double tree until this recent visit. checked out a day early, would i book again? maybe if I'm desperate.

To explain this further, as per hotel policy, either our front desk team or managers are not allowed to check in any guest without a credit card. I do understand that it was not conveyed on your end properly will address these issues to ensure a better experience in the future.To address for the stains in the room, our housekeeping department does ensure that the stain will not hinder for our guest stay experience however, we truly understand if any guest is not comfortable in staying in the room and our team would happily accommodate and would offer to change the rooms immediately if it was brought up to our attention. The manger fixed a problem at check in quick an easy after one of the staff members made a mistake counting hours to be wasted at check in an she gave extra time an few cookies that’s were great !
