I felt that the surrounding area was unsafe due to so many big trucks speeding on Huron Park. Was scary pulling out of parking lot but at no fault of this hotel. Also would like to say that the ladies were incredibly friendliest working with the guests then the gentleman was that checked me in. Ladies behind desk were incredible. Much higher rating for them than the man behind the desk.

Shower was slow to drain. Sink faucet needs to be replaced. The light beside the bed is falling apart. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again for a cheap sleep.

Throughout the night, there was significant wind causing the windows to clatter persistently, disrupting sleep. It is imperative that the windows be promptly repaired to alleviate the disturbance.

Our room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Unfortunately during the night a thief cut my bike off the rack and the back of my vehicle and stole it. The front desk clerk was very helpful in showing me the security video. If you have valuables park near the main entrance.

Everything was fine. Staff was nice. Exterior a bit run down. Lots of people traffic past my room at all hour and when they used the ice machine opposite my door it was load.

Queen bed/mattress was smaller than described. It’s at best a twin bed.

Long check in with no place to sit in the lobby. Room was ok- fridge sounded sick- like a diesel engine. Noise at night was terrible. New Year’s Eve. Called down to front desk at 2:30 to complain, and I was told there was no one in the hallways according to the cameras. Yelling and running didn’t stop until well after 3:30 am. Will not be booking here again. Breakfast room full, it’s very small. Not worth the money to stay here.

i request for room service the second day of my stay and they never came, i’ve contacted them 3 times and the 4th time the person at the front desk told me it was too late for that.
