There was no hair dryer in the room, the shower head and handle were very loose, the slides were closed, there wasn’t enough pink pong paddles or balls. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel. The fun zone is an awesome perk!

Rooms had a very dingy feel to them. Very stuffy. The breakfast was good but because you are majorly understaffed your waitresses were treated terribly by people. It was awful seeing these waitresses running to keep up with the demand of families, and being threatened with no tips by people. Either I would say to hire more staff or do a continental breakfast where people hep themselves

Rooms were clean, almost all arcade games were out of order, play equipment was dirty, water slides not working (knew this before hand), roof was leaking due to rain, restaurant inside was okay but service took almost 2 hours after ordering

The weather was terrible and the hydro was out at the hotel for part of day during our stay. The staff were all accommodating and lovely. Apologizing for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t their fault you can’t control Mother Nature.They provided us with options and a discount if we chose to stay. Which we did and the power did come back on. Rooms were nice and clean. Extremely family friendly. Our kids loved all the play equipment, and activities in the atrium and they loved the pool. It was a bit cold in the pool room but the water was warm and my kids loved it and are asking when we can go back again. Thank you for the lovely weekend Best Western!

We always enjoy staying here! There is a huge play area, small arcade, and a beautiful pool with small/medium slides. The hotel staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The area has great shops and restaurants too. It is better to go when it is warmer, if possible as there are beaches and nature to enjoy as well.

Very disappointing!
The pool area is very run down! Paving stones around pool broken,windows were very dirty and both slides are broken! Most of the games in the arcarde are out of order or the prizes are empty! Not enough paddles to play badminton or ping pong and lots of garbage in and around play area! The restaurant was closed so we had to leave the hotel to get food. Very disappointed for our first time visit with our 2 grandsons. Will go elsewhere next time!

No cable TV in our room
The pool was amazing , unfortunately the water slides were out of service. In the hotels defence, they let you know about the slides ahead of time. My guess is that they are permanently closed because we stayed there 2 years ago and the slides were out of service then as well. In a positive note, besides the slide not working, there ware plenty of fun things for the kids to do. They had a blast! We stayed in a King Suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The pull out couch was terrible, but I guess one can’t expect much from a pull out couch. My biggest complaint is the TV. and the fact that there was no cable TV. We had 2 beautiful TV’s in our suite and there was absolutely nothing to watch. There was a handful of free to air channels all playing old dated shows. It made for a rather boring nigh. I ended up watching episodes of the original Dagrassi High show which aired in 1989. I still can’t believe there wasn’t cable TV.

We really loved the pool and extra activities like indoor basketball, badminton, car racing games, etc. The indoor playground is great for kids. The restaurant and bar was also great. Good food too.

It’s a nice place to stay for a hockey tournament but they really don’t have control over the hallways at all in the middle of the night. They need more security options.

We loved that is very family friendly with lots to do with the kids fun for us adults Pool Tables, Basketball, Badminton, Arcade, Heated Pool water was cold due to a heater break down that was just fixed when we arrived.
