Lovely hotel, welcoming staff, great facilities; lovely grounds, lots of outside space and areas for playing & socialising.
Room very clean & comfortable.
Had a lovely 2 night stay with my 4 year old, we used the swimming pool and the outdoor play area.
Lovely breakfasts, lots of choice and even supplied soya milk as we are dairy intolerant.

I stayed here with my husband and 10 month old the night prior to our departure from England. The rooms were sparsely decorated, but in a modern yet vintage style, everything was very clean. The shower was quite nice. The breakfast the next morning was additional charge but worth it.
Stayed there to go to Windsor races which was excellent. Unfortunately we couldn't get back into our hotel until after 1.30 pm as fire in the hotel but staff were very good supplying duvets to keep us warm
I had expected a top rated room but don't think we got it. My husband had mobility issues but we were allocated a room at about the farthest point from reception. Not what we were expecting but it was OK for 2 nights.
Front office staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was fine, although the mattress felt a little tired. Housekeeping staff entered the room without barely waiting for a reply to her knock. None of this made for a terrible experience, as these comments are minor niggles. It is somewhere we would return to as the overall stay went well.

Eight Room hotel over a quiet bar/restaurant. Building dates back to the late 1700's and it shows with the uneven floors and no lift. Very friendly staff and good food and drink downstairs. Room was small but nice and clean, bathroom was in good condition.
Situated opposite of Eton on the Thames, Windsor is a town about 37 kilometers (23 miles) from central London. The expansive Windsor Castle dates back to the 11th century, and England’s current royal family makes frequent visits. A more modern attraction, Legoland, also draws tourists. Heathrow is 16 kilometers (10 miles) away.
