The hotel was fine. Some areas needed to be cleaned better- wiping off door of microwave, back of doors, just needs a little more attention to detail. The check-in staff was odd. One of the staff was making/styling a wig which was clearly visible though in the room next to check-in. Attire was casual bordering on sloppy. They just gave off a weird vibe. Not unsafe just weird. Breakfast was good and included. The ladies working in the kitchen and cleaning were so personable. Person at desk at check-out was very professional in appearance and conversation.

All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great everyday and the room was serviced daily.

Perfect choice for Harpers Ferry area
Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. Hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub area were very clean. Breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff were very efficient and accommodating. Good choice as it wasn’t far from Harpers Ferry.

Our weekend getaway
It was a getaway weekend with my Sister and I coming from Pennsylvania. And my other sister and niece coming from Charlottesville, Virginia. J J who checked us in was very pleasant. He explained everything about the hotel and what we could expect. Are room was very clean. The breakfast, All the amazing stuff that's put un was something else. If you walked away from it hungry, it was your own fault. We had a great time in Charles Town. We're going to come back in a few months and we We'll be staying at the Hampton. Thank you to everyone made our weekend get away a trip to remember. Carol Patton

This Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations for a property of its class. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.The complimentary breakfast is very good and our room was perfect.
