Great B and B
Wanted a comfortable overnight stay for a family friend. This B and B was just the place I was looking for. I would recommend it to anyone and I will use it again

Room was very dated and the bed was not comfortable and was very noisy The en suite was a toilet behind the wardrobe so no privacy. The owner was lovely and very friendly, the room was kitted out with a kettle, tea and coffee and there was also a selection of toiletries which was a nice touch

Comfy Room & Smashing Breakfast too!
I Had a lovely warm welcome from Lesley when i arrived,the room was lovely & cosy with a really comfy bed.free parking too & a delicious,filling full English breakfast in the morning.One of the best places ive ever stayed & my first choice next time im in the area to stay.Thanks Lesley.

I cancelled my booking over 2 weeks ago. I did not get any refund. I am a carer and on small income, Half a days work of my pay has gone on £45.00 for 1 night that i did not stay I will not recommend oruse this site any more

Quiet and comfortable and excellent value.
A lovely place to stay for a one-night visit. The location was quiet, the room spacious, bed comfortable, food delicious and Lesley really helpful and friendly. The room was a little chilly at night but there was an electric heater if needed. The decor was a little dated but perfectly adequate and functional. Places to eat are close by and parking at the front is free. Excellent value and would stay there again if in the area.

The supposed Double Room turned out to be VERY VERY Small. No cupboard space The Bed was the most uncomfortble i have ever laid on and again Tatty The Toilet in the cupboard was so cramped I had to find another toilet down the hall to sit down The floor of the cramped shower was slippery and dangerous so had to wash in a tiny basin I could hardly get my hands in Could not get TV working (No instructions) I hardly slept all night The redeeming feature was Breakfast SUPERB

Perfect for a one night stay
En-suite room adequate for one but as no separation (door) between sleeping area and toilet you would need to consider if a couple would be ok with that. Fridge in wardrobe which wasn’t pointed out on arrival so I only found that by chance when investigating why doors making a noise!! Very compact room, tired decor and mismatched soft furnishings but adequate for a comfy night sleep. Breakfast was superb; hot and delicious. Very nice friendly welcome.

Lovely small B+B in very quiet area. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely relaxed place to stay, owners are lovely and answered any questions I had. Visited the pub for dinner at lacock which is just round the corner on recommendation from the owners and it didn’t disappoint the rising sun is a love place.

Comfy beds and a lovely quiet area
The room was very clean, beds very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The decor was a little dated but the room was well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and tea making facilities.

The overall impression of the property was of neglect. It is in desperate need of refurbishment. This could be a lovely place to stay with some general T L C. The only good thing for me was in was convenient for my needs.

Cosy, well-kept annex in a farm compund. Plenty of natural light, good views, secluded enough not to feel overlooked or overheard. Landlady Leslie is both friendly and efficient. A bit of traffic noise from nearby A-road, though this lessens over night. Breakfast was excellent. Would go again

Very nice bedroom, and breakfast room had many interesting aftifacts. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Countryside around to walk in. Hosts were on site.

Fantastic hospitality
Absolutely fantastic 1 night stay in this very well kept comfortable pet friendly property with a lovely large well kept garden at the rear of the building. Lesley was so accomodating & friendly, her lovely personality made us feel very welcomed & was so appreciated after a difficult long journey due to weather & traffic issues encountered along the way, she was a fantastic host. Breakfast was of a high standard, it was extremely tasty & enjoyed by us both. Many thanks Lesley for your lovely hospitality it was very appreciated xx Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone else looking to stay in the area Thanks again xx
