"Nice hotel in good location"
The hotel is placed right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit Oxford, Stonehenge and Bath. Easy access from the freeway but not noisy. Very good breakfast if you choose to pay for at the time of booking (a great deal) Don't try to check-in before 3PM

"Excellent B&B right on cycle route 4"
It was great to find such an excellent, well located, reasonably priced B&B so close to the Kennet and Avon canal, as we needed an overnight stay while cycling from Newbury to Melksham. The B&B was very clean and comfortable (v comfy beds), in a separate house with its own kitchen in a quiet corner of the pleasant lawned grounds of the thatched Royal Oak pub. The dining room there was very handy for a good veggie burger evening meal (extensive menu for meat eaters, plus huge range of puddings). No issues with noise from the pub. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to lock our bikes away safely overnight.

"Comfortable hotel with room patio & view of river"
This is ideally located for the cathedral and city centre. Free parking is a bonus. Most rooms have private patio, river view and view of the rose garden. The continental breakfast is very adequate. The full English breakfast is extra. All meals are served in the restaurant which also has river views. The bedroom was clean & welcoming with an espresso machine. The bathroom needed some updating but this hotel is an ideal stopover for a few nights. All staff were very efficient and cheerful.

Stonehenge Cottages

"Beautiful cottage in a picturesque setting"
This is a beautiful cottage, set in a picturesque hamlet with a pub located over the road. It's in a quiet setting but conveniently placed for visits to Stonehenge or Salisbury, both of which are nearby and easily accessible by car. The cottage itself is lovely and it came with a well stocked kitchen. The only minor flaw that I had was it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before my stay (I came across quite a bit of dust) but other than that I couldn't fault it & I would certainly stay here again.

"Really lovely place , Own front door !"
This was a fantastic room to stay in. Great place within the Sun Inn grounds but with own individual Access. The Sun Inn Manager was brilliant ! very welcoming and also making sure we were OK throughout our stay. For the price it was excellent value for money including breakfast as well. Very well placed, with access to the M$ only minutes away for travelling and getting about. The Inn also has a wonderful restaurant with an excellent menu and if you don't fancy dining in they will deliver food and drinks to your room.

Pocket Guide: Hotels with WiFi Hotels in Wiltshire

The beautiful county of Wiltshire has a great deal to offer visitors. Holidaymakers are drawn in by the glorious countryside and prehistoric sites, while professionals come for the thriving industry and wealth of fine business hotels. No matter what your reason for visiting Wiltshire, most modern travellers are united on one thing - the need for WiFi. Today, almost all hotels in Wiltshire provide a speedy, reliable and secure WiFi connection.

    Serving the Business Community

Hotels aren't the sole preserve of holidaymakers. Across Wiltshire, a number of hotels offer a range of facilities dedicated to professional guests. From colossal conference centres to modest meeting rooms with AV equipment, there's a long list of facilities that can help a business trip run smoothly.

The Village Hotel Swindon caters very well for business guests, with a conference centre, reliable and fast internet, and even a health club to help guests relax after a tough day's work. Proximity to the M4 also makes this hotel a smart choice for professional guests.

Whether you're planning a large scale conference or are just stopping off for the night, the most important service in any business hotel is the WiFi. A fast and reliable connection allows professionals to access key information and to communicate remotely with clients and colleagues.

    Sharing Your Holiday

For decades, holidaymakers have been keen to share their holiday pictures with friends and family upon their return. Traditionally, these pictures might find their way into an album to be unearthed at get-togethers for years to come. Nowadays, the desire to share remains but the means are somewhat different.

A good WiFi connection in the hotel allows guests to share pictures and videos of their daily activities with friends and family back home. Whether you're zipping pictures of your kids off to grandparents at home, or uploading Stonehenge selfies to your social media profile, fast WiFi helps to make it a memorable trip. There's also the added benefit of being able to research nearby attractions when you're planning your daily itinerary. WiFi will help answer key questions like 'what time does Salisbury Cathedral close?' and 'which taxi firm can pick me up from Quoins Vineyard this afternoon?'

The world's better connected than it’s ever been, and thanks to hotels in Wiltshire, this doesn't need to change when we go on holiday.
