Beautiful room with stylish decor. Good size bathroom with sunken bath/shower.
Hosts were very welcoming.
Good quality breakfast
Would definitely stay again.
Stayed in November, so was dark when I arrived. Drove past the entrance, so a light shining on the Manor House name would find the entrance first time.
Beautifully quiet in a lovely setting, with excellent hospitality provided by Nick and Wendy. I enjoyed a spacious room and a comfortable bed, together with an excellent bathroom. Highly recommended.
I stayed in the Pink room, which im delighted to say is no longer pink like the pictures show. The host is lovely and accommodating. Only stayed the night but would've loved to stay longer and enjoy the surroundings.
The manor is located in a small village, only a few minutes away from Salisbury. There is a lovely pub only 5 mins walk away. Wendy, the owner, was really friendly.
The downside is that, being an old property, our room was draughty and really cold. Wendy gave us a couple of extra radiators, and it took a while to get the room warm.
What can I say, starting with a warm greeting that continued until my departure. This was just a one night business trip and it felt like I had been there for days.
The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfy and the breakfast was amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. They also suggested a few places to eat and I picked the local pub, The Ship Inn, and that was absolutely amazing plus it was only a 5 minute walk from the manor.
I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area or even when I’m not that close as it’s worth mailing the trip for.
Thank you Burcombe Manor 😀
Very welcoming host and this is a very quiet location but only just off the main road. Ideal for Wilton/Salisbury. Large comfortable room with ensuite bathroom (sunken bath) - we stayed in the pink room which is no longer pink! Good cooked breakfast and usual cereals, fruit, etc also on offer. Lovely walk around the property going high up onto the ridge. Local pub for good food just re-opened. Highly recommended.
Friendly welcome, quiet comfortable room, delicious breakfast and plenty of off street parking. I very much enjoyed my stay. Handy for Salisbury cathedral and Stonehenge
From the moment we arrived, Wendy was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The grounds surrounding the Manor were outstanding. The room we stayed in was very traditional and had nice little touches for the for the guests. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten at a hotel. My husband and I would love to come back.
Our stay at the Burcombe Manor was most excellent! The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful in helping us secure a booking for dinner and it was a delight to talk to them about their experiences as hosts for a B&B. Breakfast was fantastic and kept us going well past lunchtime. I would definitely recommend the Burcombe Manor to anyone staying in the area.
Only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer and would without hesitation return. Lovely property, very warm welcome and excellent service.
Such a lovely place and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Wendy was so welcoming and made us feel at gone and the breakfast was great too. What more could you want.
An overnight stay. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Very large en-suite room, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The location is peaceful and relaxing. The next time we plan to stay in the area we will check room availability here as our first choice!
A beautiful location & lovely comfortable home. Tracy was an brilliantly friendly host, she provided a terrific breakfast and the bedroom was warm & comfortable with a huge bed (Peach room)
Stayed here numerous times over a 6 month period last year. Family were extremely accommodating and overall lovely people to have a chat with too. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Beautiful 19th century manor house on a stunning piece of land. Room was spacious and comfortable. Owners were friendly, and their dog was cute. We had a lovely 2 night stay. 15-20 minutes to Stonehenge and Salisbury.
Excellent, especially if you want a quiet weekend away from it all. Great location, plenty to see within easy driving distance. Family run, and such a nice family too. Very quaint inside. Overall, fantastic, very happy we stayed there.
It was very warm during our visit but the large windows we could open in our room (yellow room) allowed for a comfortable sleep. The toilet was a bit tricky to flush but did work so we didn't mention it. The breakfast was very good.

Was very peaceful and quiet. I went to Stonehenge and the manor wasn't that far away. The lady of the house prepares an excellent English breakfast. The bed was not that comfortable and could use a bit of cleaning, but all in all was very comfortable. There is a village a couple miles away with good restaurants.
Wendy (the host) was lovely and welcoming, she made the experience fantastic and made us feel very comfortable. The effort her and her family have put into the home is amazing. Room was beautiful and spacious and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Would definitely return.
